আরিফুল ইসলাম, নাটোর প্রতিনিধি: নাটোরে নলডাঙ্গায় পুলিশ সদস্য পরিবারের পথরোধ করে টাকা স্বর্ণংলকার ছিনতাই। নাটোরের নলডাঙ্গায় শশুড় বাড়ি থেকে ফেরার পথে টোলের টাকা কম দেওয়ায় এক পুলিশ সদস্য পরিবারের অটোরিকসা পথরোধ করে নগদ ৮ হাজার টাকা ও একটি স্বর্ণের চেইন নাগফুল ছিনিয়ে নিয়ে পালিয়ে যায় দুবৃত্তরা। 

রোববার বিকাল ৪ টার দিকে উপজেলার মাধনগর -বীরকুৎসা আঞ্চলিক সড়কের শিমলতলী নামক স্থানে এ ঘটনা ঘটে।এ ঘটনায় জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য কুচিয়ামারা সাঁকোর টোল মালিক মাধনাগর ইউপি সদস্য আব্দুল আলীম কে আটক করেছে পুলিশ। এ ঘটনায় অভিযুক্ত সাঁকোর মালিকের ভাগিনা রবিউল আলম রিপন কে আটকের চেষ্টা চলছে বলে জানিয়েছেন পুলিশ।

গাজীপুর সদর থ্নার পুলিশে কর্মরত নাটোরের তেবারিয়া এলাকার আরজু শশুড় বাড়ি বীরকুৎসা থেকে বিয়ের অনুষ্ঠান থেকে ফেরার পথে এ ঘটনার সৃষ্টি হয়। প্রত্যক্ষদর্শী সূত্রে জানা য়ায়,রোববার (০৫ জুলাই)বিকাল ৪ টার দিকে উপজেলার মাধনগর -বীরকুৎসা সড়কের শিমুলতলী নামক স্থানে পুলিশ সদস্য আরজু পরিবার নিয়ে শশুরবাড়ি থেকে ফেরার পথে কুচিয়ামারা কাঠের সাঁকোর টোল কম দেওয়ায় তাদের পথরোধ করে নগদ ৮ হাজার টাকা ও একটি স্বর্ণের চেইন,একটি নাগফুল জোর করে ছিনিয়ে নিয়ে পালিয়ে যায় সাঁকো মালিকের ভাগিনা রবিউল আলম রিপন।

খবর পেয়ে পুলিশ ঘটনাস্থল থেকে সাঁকো মালিক ইউপি সদস্য আব্দুল আলীম কে জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য আটক করে এবং ছিনতাইয়ে ব্যবহৃত মোটরসাইকেল জ্বদ্ধ করে।নলডাঙ্গা থানার ভারপ্রাপ্ত কর্মকর্তা নজরুল ইসলাম ঘটনার সত্যতা স্বীকার করে জানান,শশুরবাড়ি থেকে পুলিশ সদস্য বর্তমানে গাজিপুরে কর্মরত আরজু পরিবার নিয়ে বাড়ি ফিরছিল।এসময় কুচিয়ামারা কাঠের সাঁকো পার হয়ে টোলের টাকা নিয়ে তাদের পথরোধ করে পুলিশ সদস্যর ভগ্নপতির কাছ থেকে ন গদ ৭-৮হাজার টাকা ও একটি স্বর্ণের নাগফুল ছিনিয়ে পালিয়ে যায় রবিউল আলম রিপন।

তাকে আটকের চেষ্টা চলছে।জিজ্ঞাসাবাদের জন্য সাঁকো মালিক ইউপি সদস্য আব্দুল আলীম কে আটক করা হয়েছে।এ ঘটনায় বাদী পুলিশ সদস্যের শশুর বীরকুৎসার ইকবাল হোসেন লিখিত অভিযোগ দিয়েছে।

Police have arrested Madhanagar UP member Abdul Alim, a toll owner of Kuchiyamara Sanko, for questioning. Police said they were trying to arrest Rabiul Alam Ripon, the niece of the accused Sankor.

The incident took place on the way back from Arju's father-in-law's house Birkutsa in Tebaria area of ​​Natore, where Gazipur Sadar Thanar police are working. According to eyewitnesses, on Sunday (July 5) at around 4 pm on the Madhanagar-Birkutsa road in Shimultali of the upazila, on their way back from their father-in-law's house with the Arju family, Kuchiyamara stopped them by paying less than 7,000 rupees in cash and a gold chain. Rabiul Alam Ripon, niece of Sanko owner, snatched Nagful and fled.

Upon receiving the information, the police arrested Sanko owner UP member Abdul Alim for questioning and seized the motorcycle used in the robbery. Nazrul Islam, officer-in-charge of Naldanga police station, admitted the incident. Rabiul Alam Ripon snatched 7-8 thousand rupees and a gold cobra from the brother-in-law of the policeman and fled after crossing the wooden bridge with toll money.

Attempts are being made to arrest him. UP member Abdul Alim, owner of Sanko, has been detained for questioning.
