বুড়িগঙ্গায় লঞ্চ ডুবিতে হতাহতের ঘটনায় মেয়র লিটনের শোক প্রকাশ

প্রেস বিজ্ঞপ্তি: বুড়িগঙ্গা নদীর কেরানীগঞ্জের ফরাশগঞ্জ ঘাটে যাত্রীবাহী লঞ্চ ডুবে হতাহতের ঘটনায় গভীর শোক প্রকাশ করেছেন রাজশাহী সিটি কর্পোরেশনের মেয়র এ.এইচ.এম খায়রুজ্জামান লিটন। সোমবার এক শোক বার্তায় এই শোক প্রকাশ করেন মেয়র।

শোক বার্তায় নিহতদের আত্মার মাগফিরাত কামনা ও তাঁদের শোক সন্তপ্ত পরিবারবর্গের প্রতি গভীর সমবেদনা জ্ঞাপন জানিয়েছেন মেয়র খায়রুজ্জামান লিটন।

উল্লেখ্য, বুড়িগঙ্গা নদীর কেরানীগঞ্জের ফরাশগঞ্জ ঘাটে যাত্রীবাহী ল  ডুবে এখন পর্যন্ত ৩০ জনের মৃত্যু ঘটেছে। নিখোঁজ আছেন অনেকে।

Mayor Liton mourns the loss of life in a launch sinking in Buriganga

Press Release: AHM Khairuzzaman Liton, Mayor of Rajshahi City Corporation has expressed deep grief over the incident of drowning of a passenger launch at Farashganj Ghat in Keraniganj of Buriganga River. The mayor expressed his condolences in a condolence message on Monday.
In his condolence message, Mayor Khairuzzaman Liton conveyed his deepest condolences to the bereaved families and wished forgiveness to the souls of the victims.

It may be mentioned that 30 people have died so far due to drowning of passengers at Farashganj Ghat in Keraniganj of Buriganga river. Many are missing.
