খাস জায়গা দখল করে পাকা বাড়ি নির্মান

সাইদ সাজু, তানোর প্রতিনিধি : রাজশাহীর তানোরে সরকারি খাস জায়গা (সম্পত্তি) জবরদখল করে অবৈধ ভাবে আরসিসি পিলার দিয়ে পাকা বাড়ি নির্মাণ করছে এক প্রভাবশালী। এঘটনায় গ্রামবাসী তানোর উপজেলা সহকারী কমিশনার (ভুমি)’র কাছে লিখিত অভিযোগ দায়ের করা করেছে। এদিকে অবৈধ স্থাপনা নির্মাণ কেন্দ্র করে গ্রামবাসীর মধ্যে চরম উত্তেজনা বিরাজ করছে। 

গ্রামবাসীর অভিযোগ বাধাইঢ় ইউপি চেযারম্যান আতাউর রহমান ও ভুমি অফিসের কর্মকর্তারা ওই  অবৈধ বাড়ি নির্মাণে সহযোগীতা করছেন। এদিকে অবৈধ বাড়ি নির্মান নিয়ে গ্রামবাসীর মধ্যে উত্তেজনা বিরাজ করছে।  

এলাকাবাসী ও অভিযোগ সুত্রে জানা গেছে, তানোর উপজেলার বাধাইড় ইউনিয়ন এলাকার হরিশপুর গ্রামের হরিশপুর মৌজার ১৩২৪ নম্বর দাগে ৭৬ শতক খাস সম্পত্তি রয়েছে। এর মধ্যে প্রায় ৫০ শতক জমি (সম্পত্তি) জবর দখল করে হরিশপুর গ্রামের ইছব আলীর ছেলে সিরাজুল ইসলাম অবৈধ ভাবে আরসিসি পিলার দিয়ে পাকা বাড়ি নির্মাণ করছেন। 

স্থানীয়রা অবৈধ বাড়ি নির্মাণ বন্ধ ও অপসারণের দাবি করে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিভাগের উ্ধ্বর্তন কর্মকর্তাদের জরুরী হস্তক্ষেপ কামনা করেছেন। এব্যাপারে খাস জায়গা দখল করে বাড়ি নির্মান করা হরিশপুর গ্রামের সিরাজুল ইসলাম বলেন, ভুমি অফিসের কর্মকর্তা ও ইউপি চেয়ারম্যানের অনুমতি নিয়ে তিনি বাড়ি করছেন জানিয়ে সাংবাধিকদের এড়িয়ে যান। 

এব্যাপারে বাধাইড় ইউপি চেয়ারম্যান আতাউর রহমান বলেন, মানবিক দিক বিবেচনা করে  সেখানে বাড়ি নির্মাণ করতে বলা হয়েছে। বাধাইড় ইউপি’র সদস্য লুৎফর রহমান বলেন, সিরাজুল চেয়ারম্যান ও ভুমি অফিসের কর্মকর্তাদের ম্যানেজ করে অবৈধ ভাবে পাকা বাড়ি নির্মান করছেন। তিনি বলেন, গ্রামবাসী বাধা দিতে গেলে  গ্রামবাসীকে হুমকি দিচ্ছে প্রভাবশীলী সিরাজুল। সিরাজুল তাকেউ প্রাণনাশের হুমকি দিচ্ছেন বলে জানান ইউপি সদস্য লুৎফর রহমান।

According to the locals and the complaint sources, there is 6 hundred khas property in Harishpur Mouza No. 1324 of Harishpur village in Badhair union area of ​​Tanore upazila. Sirajul Islam, son of Ishb Ali of Harishpur village, is illegally constructing pucca houses with RCC pillars by forcibly occupying about 50 per cent of the land (property).

Locals have demanded urgent intervention of the concerned officials of the concerned department demanding stoppage and removal of illegal houses. Sirajul Islam of Harishpur village, who had built the house by occupying a khas land, said he avoided the journalists by saying that he was building the house with the permission of the land office official and the UP chairman.

In this regard, Badhair UP Chairman Ataur Rahman said, considering the humanitarian aspect, they have been asked to build houses there. Badhair UP member Lutfar Rahman said Sirajul was managing the chairman and land office officials to build pucca houses illegally. He said the influential Sirajul was threatening the villagers if they tried to stop him. UP member Lutfar Rahman said Sirajul was threatening to kill him.
