গল্প-১: ক্ষুধার্ত একটি শিশু রাস্তায় এক টুকরো কেক কুড়িয়ে
পেয়ে খুবই আনন্দিত। অর্ধেকটা সে নিজে খেয়ে, বাকি অর্ধেক কেক তারই মতো
ক্ষুধার্ত আরেকটি শিশুকে দিলো। আর তাদেরই বয়সী পাঁচতলা বাড়িটির অন্য আরেকটি
শিশু ভরাপেটে কাঁদছে! কারণ, তার কেকের সাতটি টুকরো থেকে এক টুকরো হারিয়ে
গেছে।
গল্প-২: এক ব্যক্তি পড়াশোনা করে উচ্চ শিক্ষিত হয়েছেন। মস্ত বড় এক সরকারি পদে চাকরিও করেন। সমাজে তিনি মর্যাদাবান ব্যক্তি। নামাজ পড়ার আগে ওযু করছেন। ঠিক সেই সময় ঘুষের টাকার প্যাকেট নিয়ে এক ব্যক্তি উপস্থিত। শিক্ষিত অফিসার রেগে গিয়ে বললেন, আপনার কী এতোটুকু বিবেকবোধ কিংবা নূন্যতম কাণ্ডজ্ঞান নাই? ওযু করার সময় কেউ কি ঘুষের টাকা স্পর্শ করে? নামাজ শেষ হওয়া পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করুন।
নিরক্ষর এক ব্যক্তি। ট্রেনের মানুষের কাছে পানি বিক্রি করে সেই টাকায় খাবার কিনে নিজে খায়, বাকিটুকু পথের কুকুরগুলোকে খাওয়ায়। বলুন তো সমাজে কার সম্মান ও মর্যাদা বেশি হওয়া উচিত ছিল?
গল্প-৩: শিক্ষাজীবনে সকল পরীক্ষায় ভালো ফলাফল করার পরও কালো মেয়েটি যখন পত্রিকার পাতায় ব্যস্ত হয়ে চাকরির বিজ্ঞাপন খোঁজে। তখন শুধুমাত্র গায়ের রং ফর্সা হওয়ার কারণে পড়াশোনায় ক্লাসের খারাপ সুন্দরী মেয়েটি স্বামীর সাথে বিলাসবহুল রিসোর্টে বসে কফি পান করে।
পাত্রী দেখতে গেলে আমাদের সমাজে এখনো একটি কথা প্রচলিত আছে- মেয়ে দেখতে গেলে মুখ না দেখে আগে ভালো করে পা দেখো! কারণ, পা দেখলেই মেয়ের সত্যিকারের গায়ের রং বুঝা যায়। যে সমাজে এসব কথা এবং ঘটনা এখনো বিদ্যমান, সেই সমাজে সামাজিক ভায়োলেন্স তো প্রতিটি রন্দ্রে রন্দ্রে বিদ্যমান।
সকল ঘুষ, দুর্নীতি, নারীর নিরাপত্তাহীনতা, বেকার বা চাকরিচ্যুতকে কটাক্ষ, নিরীহ প্রাণী মেরে উল্লাস ইত্যাদি সবকিছুই একটা ভায়োলেন্স । আসুন পরিবর্তনের শুরুটা হোক নিজেকে দিয়ে। আগে নিজেরা বদলাই। বদলে যাবে বিশ্ব।
