কানাডা যাচ্ছেন শাহরুখ!

বিনোদন ডেস্ক: বেশ অনেকদিন হয়েছে বলিউডের বাদশা শাহরুখকে ছবি করতে দেখা যাচ্ছে না। ২০১৮ সালে তার শেষ মুক্তিপ্রাপ্ত ছবি ছিল 'জিরো'। বক্স অফিসে এই ছবি সফল ছিল না। বামন শাহরুখ নয় দর্শকের এখনও সেই 'কুছ কুছ হোতা হ্যায়' বা 'দিল ওয়ালে দুলহনিয়া লে জায়েঙ্গে'র রাহুলকেই পছন্দ।

'দিল তো পাগল হ্যায়' ছবির মতো রোমান্টিক শাহরুখকেই মানুষ খুঁজে চলেছেন। তবে বয়সের সঙ্গে সঙ্গে কিং খান অন্য রকম ছবি করলেও এখনও রোমান্টিক চরিত্রই তার বেশি পছন্দের।

কিন্তু শাহরুখের নতুন ছবি কবে আসবে ? এ প্রশ্ন বার বার করেছেন তার ফ্যানেরা। এসবের মাঝে দেশে হানা বসায় মারণ রোগ করোনা ভাইরাস। বন্ধ হয়ে যায় শ্যুটিং। প্রায় তিন মাস একেবারে অচল হয়ে পড়ে সিনেমা জগত। এই পরিস্থিতিতে নতুন ছবি করা একটা চ্যালেঞ্জ তো বটেই। এবার সেই চ্যালেঞ্জ নিতে চলেছেন শাহরুখ খান। রাজকুমার হিরানির পরিচালনায় অভিনয় করতে দেখা যাবে তাকে।

রাজকুমার হিরানি বলিউডের নামকরা পরিচালকদের মধ্যে একজন। 'মুন্না ভাই এমবিএস', 'থ্রি ইডিয়টস', 'পিকে'র মতো বেশ ভাল ভাল ছবি রয়েছে তার। মজার ছলে কঠিন বার্তা দেয় রাজকুমারের ছবি। শাহরুখ খানের সঙ্গে বহুদিন ধরেই কাজ করার ইচ্ছে এই পরিচালকের। কিন্তু তা হয়ে ওঠেনি নানা কারণে।

তবে এবার ছবির স্ক্রিপ্ট পড়েই রাজি হয়ে গিয়েছেন কিং খান। যদিও তিনি স্ক্রিপ্টের কিছু জায়গায় আর একটু কাজ করতে বলেছেন পরিচালককে। সব ঠিক থাকলে আগস্ট থেকেই শুরু হবে শ্যুটিং। ছবির গল্পটিও বেশ মজার।

ভারতের পঞ্জাব থেকে বহু ছেলে রোজগারের আশায় কানাডা যায়। সেখানে গিয়ে নানা রকম কাজ করে তারা। শাহরুখকে এমনই এক পঞ্জাবের ছেলের চরিত্রে অভিনয় করতে দেখা যাবে। যে রোজগারের জন্য কানাডা পাড়ি দেবে। সব ঠিক থাকলে এ বছরই মুক্তি পেতে পারে ছবি। তবে সব কিছুই নির্ভর করছে করোনা পরিস্থিতির ওপর। ছবির নাম এখনও জানাননি পরিচালক।
