মামলা থেকে রেহাই পেলেন সালমান

বিনোদন ডেস্ক:বিহারের মজফফরপুর আদালত সুশান্ত মৃত্যু মামলা থেকে রেহাই দিল সালমান খান, কর্ণ জোহর, সঞ্জয় লীলা বানসালীকে। ১৪ জুন ‘রাবতা’ স্টারের মৃত্যুর কারণ হিসেবে ‘নেপোটিজম’ বা ‘স্বজনপোষণ’কে কাঠগড়ায় তুলতেই উঠে আসে এই তিন তারকা পরিচালক, প্রযোজক, অভিনেতার নাম। তাদের হস্তক্ষেপে সাত মাসে সুশান্ত ছ’টি ছবির কাজ হারান বলেও অভিযোগ ছিল তাদের বিরুদ্ধে।

সেই অভিযোগের ভিত্তিতেই এরপর স্থানীয় আইনজীবী সুধীর কুমার ওঝা সালমান, করণ আর সঞ্জয়ের বিরুদ্ধে মামলা দায়ের করেন। বুধবার, মুজফফরপুরের চিফ জুডিশিয়াল ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট মুকেশ কুমারের নেতৃত্বাধীন বেঞ্চ জানিয়ে দেয়, বিষয়টি আদালতের এক্তিয়ারের বাইরে। একই সঙ্গে খারিজ করে দেয় সুধীর ওঝার দায়ের করা মামলা।

সুশান্ত সিংহের মৃত্যুর তিন দিন পরে যখন বলিউড ফুঁসছে স্বজনপোষণের বিরুদ্ধে তখনই বিহারের ভূমিপুত্রের অকালমৃত্যুর বিচার চেয়ে এই মামলা দায়ের হয়। যার অন্যতম সাক্ষী হিসেবে কঙ্গনা রানাউতের কয়েকটি টুইট আইনজীবী আদালতে পেশ করেন। ওই সময় কঙ্গনা বলিউডের অন্যায় আচরণের প্রতিবাদ জানিয়েছিলেন টুইটে। প্রয়োজনে তাকে ডাকা হবে আদালতে, শোনা গিয়েছিল।

যদিও মামলা খারিজ হওয়ার খবরে তিন তারকার তরফে কেউ মুখ না খুললেও আইনজীবী ওঝা জানিয়েছেন, “আমি জেলা আদালতের সামনে সিজেএম-এর সিদ্ধান্তকে চ্যালেঞ্জ জানাব। সুশান্ত সিংহ রাজপুতের মৃত্যুতে কষ্ট পাচ্ছে বিহার। সুশান্তের অসময়ে চলে যাওয়ার জন্য যারা দায়ী, শাস্তি তাদের পেতেই হবে।”
