বিনোদন ডেস্ক: স্ত্রী আলিয়া সিদ্দিকিকে আইনি নোটিশ
পাঠালেন অভিনেতা নওয়াজউদ্দিন সিদ্দিকি। গত ৭ মে আলিয়া ডিভোর্সের আইনি
নোটিশ পাঠিয়েছিলেন নওয়াজকে। এবার পাল্টা আইনি নোটিশ পাঠালেন অভিনেতা। এই
আইনি নোটিশে নওয়াজ দাবি করেছেন যে তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে ভুয়ো এবং পরিকল্পিত
মানহানি করেছেন আলিয়া। ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে তাঁর চরিত্রে অপবাদ দেওয়া হয়েছে বলে
দাবি নওয়াজের।
সেই আইনি নোটিসের নওয়াজ দাবি করেছেন,
আলিয়া ডিভোর্সের নোটিশ পাঠানোর ১৫ দিনের মধ্যে তিনি তার উত্তর দিয়েছিলেন।
আলিয়া সম্প্রতি এক সংবাদ মাধ্যমের সাক্ষাৎকারে জানিয়েছেন, তিনি
সন্তানদের স্কুলের বেতন দিতে পারছেন না কারণ নওয়াজউদ্দিন সিদ্দিকি টাকা
পাঠাচ্ছেন না। নওয়াজের আইনজীবীর অভিযোগ অস্বীকার করেছেন।
নওয়াজের আইনজীবী আদনান শেখ জানাচ্ছেন, ”
প্রত্যেক মাসে আমার ক্লায়েন্ট ইএমআই পাঠাচ্ছেন। সন্তানদের জন্য খরচ
পাঠাচ্ছেন তিনি। সেই সমস্ত রশিদ আমাদের কাছে আছে।
লকডাউনের আগে আলিয়াকে
বড় অঙ্কের টাকা পাঠানো হয়েছিল। ডিভোর্সের নোটিশের উত্তর দেওয়া হয়েছিল।
কিন্তু মানহানি করার জন্য তিনি (আলিয়া) বলেছেন কোনো উত্তর দেননি নওয়াজ।
আর তাই আমরা তাকে অভিনেতার বিরুদ্ধে বিভিন্ন অপবাদ দেওয়ায় তার থেকে লিখিত
ব্যাখ্যা জারি করতে বলেছি। “নওয়াজের আইনজীবী আরও জানিয়েছেন,
“বিবাহ-বিচ্ছেদের নোটিশের জবাব আমরা দিয়েছি। এখন তার পদক্ষেপ নেওয়ার
পালা। আইনত আমাদের ক্ষতি হলে আমরা পরবর্তী পদক্ষেপ নেব। সে ক্ষেত্রে বলা
চলে আমার মক্কেলকে মানহানি করা হয়েছে। এরকম চলতে থাকলে আমরা পরবর্তী আইনি
পদক্ষেপ নিতে বাধ্য হব।”
অন্যদিকে আলিয়ার অভিযোগ, ১০ বছর বৈবাহিক
জীবন হলেও, বিয়ের পরেই শুরু হয়েছিল তাদের মধ্যে সমস্যা। বিগত ৪-৫ বছর ধরে
তাঁরা আলাদাই রয়েছেন। আলিয়া জানাচ্ছেন, বিয়ের পরেই তিনি বুঝে
গিয়েছিলেন নওয়াজ ও তাঁর দাদা কেউ মহিলাদের সম্মান করে কথা বলতে জানেন না।
কথায় কথায় অপমানিত হতে হতো তাঁকে।নওয়াজ খুব চিৎকার চেঁচামেচি করতেন।
কিন্তু কখনো গায়ে হাত তোলেন নি।
তবে নওয়াজের দাদা তাঁকে মারধর করেছেন

পরিবারের উপর রয়েছে সাতটি মামলার দায়।

অভিনেতা হিসেবে বড় মাপের হলেও, মানুষ হিসেবে তা কেন হতে পারেননি! নিজের
সন্তানদের সঙ্গে শেষ কবে দেখা করেছেন তাও হয়তো তার মনে নেই। আর তাই
সন্তানদেরকে নিজের কাছেই রাখতে চান আলিয়া। আলিয়া বলছেন, “ওদের আমি বড়
করেছি। তাই ওরা আমার কাছেই থাকবে।”

Ali, on the other hand, complained that despite being married for 10 years, the problem between them started after the marriage. They have been apart for the last 4-5 years.
