বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক গবেষক

জাতির জনক বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের নেতৃত্বে বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ইতিহাস যা বাংলাদেশ নামক আমাদের রাষ্ট্রের মুল ভিত্তি এবং সকল উন্নয়নের অনুপ্রেরণা। এবং স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম ও মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ইতিহাসের সাথে সংযুক্ত বাংলাদেশের প্রতিবেশী, সকল বিদেশী বন্ধু, সহযোগী ও শুভানুধ্যায়ীদের নিয়ে বিশ্ব দরবারে বাংলাদেশের সম্মান জনক অবস্থান। 

সর্বোপরি বাংলাদেশ সরকার বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধের ইতিহাস, গবেষনা, আদর্শ ও চেতনার প্রতি সর্বোচ্চ সম্মান ও মুল্যায়ন প্রদর্শন করে থাকে এবং উক্ত বিষয়ে সহযোগিতার ক্ষেত্রে অগ্রাধিকার দিয়ে থাকে। এই ভিত্তিতে ২০০৯ খ্রিস্টাব্দে  বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক গবেষক হিসেবে এমন একটি স্বাধীন স্ব-নিয়োগকৃত একক ব্যাক্তি প্রতিষ্ঠান বাংলাদেশ সরকারের অনুমোদনের জন্য আগ্রহ প্রকাশ করে যথাযথ কার্যকর দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করতে সমর্থ না হওয়ায় ২০২০-২০২১ অর্থ বছরের প্রাক্কালে মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনাকে উক্ত বিষয়ে পুনরায় অবহিত করা হয়। 

বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক গবেষক মোঃ হাসানুজ্জামান তালুকদার একজন স্বাধীন স্ব-নিয়োগকৃত ব্যাক্তি একক প্রতিষ্ঠান বাংলাদেশ সরকার বরাবর ১কোটি টাকার বাজেট বরাদ্দের প্রস্তাবনা করেছেন উক্ত বিষয়ে গবেষণা, দলিলাদি ও সাহিত্য কার্য্যক্রম কর্মসূচীর জন্য। 

উক্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানটি প্রধানমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয়, জাতীয় সংসদ, সংশ্লিষ্ট মন্ত্রণালয়, এবং জাতীয় সংসদের লোকসভা বসন্তের দিনগুলো ও কালো রাত্রি ১৯৭১ (Committee of the Spring Days & Night Fall 1972) এবং জয়েন্ট মিলিটারি কমিটি অব দ্যা আর্মড ফোর্সেস ডিফেন্স এর সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করবে। অর্থ মন্ত্রণালয় এবং বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের সাথে সমন্বয় করে ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংক লিমিটেড উক্ত গবেষনা প্রতিষ্ঠানের আর্থিক লেনদেন কার্য্যক্রম বিনিময়‌ করবে মর্মে প্রস্তাবনা করা হয়েছে এবং ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংককে এই বিষয়ে অবহিত করা হয়েছে কিন্তু অদ্যবদি ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংক লিমিটেড এই বিষয়ে ইতিবাচক কোন প্রতিক্রিয়া জানায়নি নি। 

সুতরাং বাংলাদেশের স্বাধীনতা সংগ্রাম এবং মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ক গবেষক প্রতিষ্ঠানটি অর্থ বরাদ্দের বিষয়ে ট্রাস্ট ব্যাংকের সিদ্ধান্তকে ক্ষমতাসীন আওয়ামী লীগ সরকারের সিদ্ধান্ত হিসেবে গ্রহন করছে। 

যেহেতু উক্ত বিষয়ের পুরোভাগেই প্রধানমন্ত্রী শেখ হাসিনা অবহিত রয়েছেন তাই মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রীকে এই বিষয়ে তড়িৎ চুড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত দেবার জন্য বিনীত ভাবে অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

Researcher on Bangladesh's independence struggle and liberation war

The history of Bangladesh's freedom struggle and liberation war under the leadership of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman which is the main foundation of our state called Bangladesh and the inspiration for all development. And Bangladesh's honorable position in the world court with its neighbors, all foreign friends, allies and well-wishers connected with the history of freedom struggle and liberation war.
Above all, the Government of Bangladesh shows the highest respect and appreciation for the history, research, ideals and spirit of Bangladesh's freedom struggle and liberation war and gives priority to cooperation in that regard. On this basis, in 2009, an independent, self-employed independent research organization on Bangladesh's freedom struggle and liberation war expressed interest in seeking the approval of the Government of Bangladesh.Unable to draw attention, Hon'ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was again informed about the matter on the eve of the 2020-2021 financial year.

Md. Hasanuzzaman Talukder, a researcher on the freedom struggle and liberation war of Bangladesh, an independent self-employed individual, has proposed a budget allocation of Tk.

The organization will work in coordination with the Prime Minister's Office, the National Assembly, the relevant ministries, and the Lok Sabha on the Spring Days & Night Fall 1972 and the Joint Military Committee of the Armed Forces Defense. Trust Bank Ltd. in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and Bangladesh Bank Financial transaction activities of the said research institute Exchange: A proposal has been made and Trust Bank has been informed but Adyavadi Trust Bank Limited has not responded positively.

Therefore, the research institute on the freedom struggle and liberation war of Bangladesh is taking the decision of the trust bank regarding the allocation of funds as the decision of the ruling Awami League government.


As Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is aware of this issue at the forefront, the Hon'ble Prime Minister is kindly requested to take a final decision on this matter.
